"Very nice clean rooms but small. Water in the fridge cost more than expected, front desk staff barely spoke English and had a hard time getting an itemized receipt (for work). Too noisy outside to keep windows open, constant honking cars all night, not the hotel’s fault, just the city. Lots of restaurants right outside the door and heavy police presence at all times to make you feel safe. There is a small gym but it’s a confusing building to navigate."

"Hotel was a bit out of the centre in the industrial working area so the surrounding area was quite dirty… full of rubbish in the streets but as soon as you were in the centre (which was about a 40 minute walk) it had the lively Italian vibe Hotel was clean and tidy… the description is wrong though as it’s the hotel opposite that has the lounge area, outdoor seating and bar Breakfast was very good with plants of variety to eat "

"This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. "

Neighborhood clean and safe. They can store your luggage and get a taxi for you in minutes. Definitely will stay here again. "
