"The room was not clean. There was dirt on the light switches and other high touch areas, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was dirt under the bed.The shower head needed replacing and the bedspreads and blankets had seen better days. Outside the side door, there were hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground."

"We stayed in a suite, the suites are small. All the activities and the pool were packed, it was not enjoyable at all. We had lunch at the restaurant in the hotel. It took over 1/2 hr to get our food. We didn't order anything complicated. A salad, nachos, 2 kids meals . Once it came, it was not very good ,you could tell it was left under the heat lamp for too long. Would not go back."

"No Parking available when we arrived (they rent their parking to people that don't stay at the hotel). Very bad smell in the corridor on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is very good (especially the bread grill), but does not have anything hot (no eggs, bacons, etc)."
