"The hotel was excellent, perfect location close to ocean and restaurants. Very nice parking (€25 extra). Breakfast was excellent, best hot chocolate (with milk) I've had for awhile. The only negative is the water in the shower which would go from perfect to either boiling or cold. But once you get used to it and move away when the temperature shift happens, you're ok. Still 5/5 overall."

"Please understand that this hotel understands people. They have a multinational staff, and they are completely courteous and helpful. Everything from your first greeting at reception to the room service to the cleaning crew to the restaurant crew everyone is exception.. This is my second visit and there will be a third.. this is a hotel that you can feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole point of vacation is no stress. And they provide this."

"My friend and I had a fantastic stay here. The heated pool being open 24/7 was a real highlight, and the breakfast was genuinely the best we’ve ever had—there are over 50 items to choose from, all high-quality and made to order. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, and every member of staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. My only minor criticism is that the website suggests the i-Fame restaurant has a Michelin star, displaying an image with a star and “2026.” However, after checking the official Michelin website, it appears the restaurant is not currently starred. Aside from this small discrepancy, everything else was excellent, and I would happily recommend this hotel."

"My AC wasn’t working properly which was unfortunate, and my window opened to a neighboring roof access so I felt unsafe keeping it open at night since I was a solo female traveler. Everything else was great I have no other complaints"
