"I was given a code to enter the front door and told to take a specific key from the cabinet behind the reception desk and left the key at the reception desk when I left. For my entire stay I did not see a single staff member. I expect that for some types of properties, but I prefer live people be there to greet me and help me if necessary...that's why I don't just rent an apartment with zero interaction with the owner."

Location is amazing, right on the pedestrian street, restaurants starting just a few feet and continue all the way to Old Town which was maybe a 10-15 minute walk. I had a room with a kitchenette which was nice. Although being in that location, I wasn’t affected by street noise. My room was 39 steps up."
