A wonderful stay at the Marigold Palms! Ann was lovely and helpful, giving us advice on places to visit while there. The view from the spotlessly clean room over the bay is fantastic. The hotel is above the bay, walkable up from the bay seafront. There’s a good restaurant opposite the hotel if it rains and you don’t fancy the walk. Would recommend!

The location of the vacation club is ideal and overlooks Marigot Bay with a unique little cable funicular from Doolittles restaurant at sea level up to the villas. The pool, whilst small, is very clean with a great view.

Being well seasoned travellers and my 40th birthday being the occasion for this particular trip, we wanted to make sure that we stayed in a fantastic hotel without breaking the bank. We therefore booked this hotel based on the excellent recommendations that we saw both on Expedia and Tripadvisor. I’m very pleased to say that we felt extremely impressed and touched by the professionalism, friendliness, kindness and sincerity of each and every single member of staff that we encountered during our...

Excellent traditional caribbean hotel, perfect location across Marigot bay, cut off from the rest of the world but reachable by the regular free ferry. Nice studios around the hotel or even more tranquil, cottages and villas throughout the gardens. Could probably do with a little care and maintenance but the rooms are clean and the well tended gardens are beautiful. The excellent friendly staff in the hotel and in the restaurant make it a pleasure to stay here.

Excellent location. Lovely room.

In quite a beautiful location and tucked away down a very bumpy and rutted track which deters non-residents, this was an ideal hideaway for a quiet vacation. Very friendly welcome, individual villas with both air-conditioning and four-poster beds with mosquito nets (and the pleasant quirkiness of a shower in an outdoor courtyard), we felt immediately at home. We loved it.

Stayed for 9 nights in early May 2017. The hotel overlooks a gorgeous beach that is only a few feet away, though there is a nice pool available as well. Service was excellent and the staff couldn't have been better/friendlier. Right from the general manager Colin and his knowledge/recommendations to the cleaning staff and drivers. The only small issue was our air conditioner didn't work one evening but the staff quickly arranged an alternative villa for the night for us to sleep. Close to a...

Nice, clean and comfy bedroom. Great value tasty meals, if required. Lots of Humming Birds in the grounds. Very accommodating hosts, who ran us about the island, which was cheaper and more convenient than the local taxis, and could recommend the best places to visit. Fridge, kettle, TV and Air-conditioning unit in the room, which were much appreciated. Lovely infinity pool and sun loungers. The local fishing town is pleasant, but lacks any real restaurant/nightlife facilities, so the use of the...

Incredible views from the balcony, also really helpful staff when it came to reservations and transport into town. The rooms were also so nice, and very clean

Fantastic. We stayed in room 5 which had fabulous views of the mountains and we could see the sea in the distance. Beyond our expectations and even better than the photos. Great shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Absolutely recommend. Gavi and Stacey are also fantastic and always available. Gave us lots of help when we asked. Stay here!

Wonderful. That staff in particular are incredibly helpful, fun, and go out of their way to make sure that everyone has a really great time. We met people that were on their 18th trip to Stolentime and I know why. This is small enough to be intimate and incredibly friendly yet still has all the facility and activities that you could want.

The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space. Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped.

Solo woman travelling to St Lucia - amazing hotel, great breakfast, food in general and they have a fine dining restaurant that you can book as many times as you want and the menu changes every few days. Room was very clean and spacious - great views - staff were very friendly and warm. Would def rec this hotel - they have evening activities too - shows, karaoke.

Absolutely astonishing hotel with breathtaking views and rooms and an extremely high class chef.

- amazing view of the pitons - exclusive, high end feel and finish - helpful, friendly staff on hand - comfortable room with AC. - food very expensive, cheaper to eat at the 5 star Jade Mountain resort (10min walk) - beach at Jade Mountain 10 mins walk, fantastic snorkelling - highly recommended

Love this hotel and its staff, was a great place to stay and enjoy the view from the comfort of my bed. Particularly loved the hotel trails to the view point and the tree house complete with cold water fountain, how thoughtful.

We come here to unwind and relax. The view from the luxe lodge of the Pitons is simply wonderful, we literally watch it for hours. The hotel is smart but informal, there are no pretensions here, this is understated luxury, 5 star done well. The luxe lodge is bright and airy, very comfortable bed, two loungers, small fridge, tea and coffee making. The bathroom is huge with twins sinks and a very large open-to-the-air drench shower. The staff are to "a man" very friendly, always a cheery greeting...

A really good value stay not far from Reduit beach and the marina area. Although budget end accommodations the owners had thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. We managed a self checkin as checkin desk was not manned until 6pm per advert, but we managed to get in touch via WhatsApp and sort everything out. The only thing for improvement would be the directions to the property as these were incorrect and lead us to an accommodation to the left of the mini roundabout and along the...
