No contact received from management and no discounts or offers given to make up for the non working items that were paid for in the suite I paid for."

"The toilet has been leaking for so long that the vinyl floor pushed water up through with every step. Had to leave our shoes on the whole time. The floor was filthy. The grounds were covered in dog poop. Even though they allow pets they should be requiring guest to clean up after their pets. "
