Our entry door had issues. Handle was broke, it worked 50% of the time. They have a top not maintenance guy who showed us a trick to get it open most of the time, he was great. You'd think they'd fix something like this for security reasons if anything.

We loved staying at The Welk! The rooms are HUGE and perfect for our needs. They were clean and well stocked. I requested a room close to a pool and they were able to accommodate that. Everyone was very friendly, all the way down to security. The pools were nice and our kids spent hours and hours ...
