"I made reservations online from the US through Travelocity. Upon arriving at the hotel, they could not locate my reservation. After almost 30 minutes, they stated that they could not honor the rate I was charged and for which I had paid Travelocity already and tried to charge me more. I spoke to the Manager and after almost an hour, I placed an international call to Travelocity, USA and they called the hotel and straightened things out. It took over an hour to sort this out and check in. This...
