"We booked a King Deluxe Room with a balcony and were given a Queen Room with a smallish window which made it quite dark. On advising Reception of what we actually booked, we were moved to a beautiful King Room with a lovely sliding door to a balcony. The room was super clean and airy and was well serviced during our stay. We opted to include a full breakfast with our booking and I am sorry to say it was very disappointing. The options were very limited and what was presented was not very appealing. On our last morning the hot food selections were empty and guests had to ask the staff for them to be replenished. Not a pleasant experience."

"The staff were amazing, property was clean and you have all the room facilities you need, great pool, due to the fact the resort was closed for 3yrs and had only reopened 3wks before we came it was in good condition, can’t wait to come back and see the place after the renovations, a big thank you to Lindy and the rest of the staff for being so lovely, we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back."

"Fabulous hotel to relax and explore the Cairns area. Plenty to enjoy on resort and food offerings are great value with good sized portions. We travelled in winter and there are covered walkways between most of the buildings to keep you dry in rain. Great sized family pool with big screen showing kids programs"
