"Pros: Great location in the heart of the old city. Close to cafes, restaurants, attractions. Staff were courteous and helpful. Cons: The room looked nicer and bigger on the pictures. We booked a deluxe room but we received a small room on the main floor The towels has stains on them Load music from Han restaurant below the hotel until 2300. It seemed to be under the same ownership. Misleading info about the internet speed as it was not 500 mgbs as indicated on the description. It was about 10 mgbs as per the speed tests done over the 2 nights we stayed there so make alternative plans if you planning to work remotely. Unhelpful rbc rewards by Expedia/ very low quality support. "

"The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well. "

"Well first 2 best things about this property are the people who were outstanding and breakfast even though the tea was colder than I like. Hotel is kind of hard to find specially at night and in the rain but we did find it again thanks to the people. Property is a historical building. İt has immense potential but still lacking basic things than can make this an outstanding property. Bathroom seat not even attached. I did not even try to take a shower. İt needs an exhaust fan terribly perhaps higher floors do have it but bathroom smelled so bad. A/C unit i could not get it to heat the room. Perhaps I did not know how to operate it. The need to wash the sheets on nicer detergent they did not smell very nice. The also need to remove all of the carpeting on the rims and on the trace. No reason to cover beautiful historical floors. Otherwise nice location in the middle of 1000's of years of history. Very beautiful place. Walks and in and around the town is a slice of history."

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality was beyond expectations. The room was absolutely stunning — clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Every detail was perfect. It truly felt like home, but better! Thank you so much to the entire team.
