The property is stunning, with thoughtful architecture and interior design throughout. Since we were there at the end of May (the beginning of monsoon season), the property was especially peaceful, and we often had the pool entirely to ourselves. The staff mentioned that it gets much livelier around September and October. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dorje himself and hearing his inspiring story of building the resort after years in the restaurant business. His hospitality ethos is clear in every detail—from the delicious, fresh food at the on-site restaurant (we happily ate most meals there) to the genuinely kind, attentive staff who go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional."

"The Hotel Annapurna View Sarangkot is a beautiful place to escape to enjoy the beauty of the mountains. The staff are exceptionally polite, professional and pleasant and they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe, comfortable and happy. The rooms are nice and very clean and the dining is exquisite. I enjoyed delicious Nepali cuisine during my stay and will absolutely return next time I visit. 10/10 exceptional experience."

"Lovely hotel with excellent hospitable Nepalese staff. Lunch and Dinner were of a high quality. Only downside (as with all properties along the lake) is that there is a fair amount of noise from singing, people, funfair etc that may delay your sleep. Otherwise would definitely recommend staying there due to the central location and wonderful views of the lake"
