"The apartment was great! Would absolutely recommend it. The owners and caretakers were very helpful and the area was great. "

"Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!"

"Very nice and big flat in a very live street, 3rd floor with no lift but not a showstopper. Very close to the sea and have very good access yo public transport and taxis. "The Fairmont is a centrepiece of Baku. The hotel staff are phenomenal, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated. The reception is welcoming. We were met by Survan who was exceptional. His attention to detail to ensure your stay with them was paramount. He went above and beyond and a credit to the hotel chain. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal were superb. A young Manager in Le Bistro was very engaging and welcoming, and the food was outstanding. Recommended to stay at this hotel, don’t waste your time staying anywhere else in Baku. "

"We had a great stay in Baku. The location was great, close to pretty much everything in Baku. Hotel was super clean and loved the room, very bright, and modern. Hotel staff were really helpful. One thing that was a bit add was that we asked for an extra blanket, initially they refused to provide it but eventually they did. Never understood why as almost any hotel we have stayed there is always extra blanket in the room."
