"The cooktop did not work. Cost for parking excessive and was an extra cost. Should have been inclusive of all costs. Patio is good but requires better seating. Shortage on toiletries especially toilet paper. The apartment was a good size but could have done with extra seating. The main bedroom alcove could have done with a comfortable chair in the small alcove to either read or watch TV. It served no purpose, otherwise. TV could not be watch in bed due to angle. Apartment not 100% clean as dirty socks found in sofa bed, so this was not utilised. An empty water bottle found under bed in 2nd bedroom. Left it in the lounge on table to be thrown out."

"Shower screen dirty , dusty , shower gel been used , toilet seat wet , tv was dirty clean beds , does not look like it does in the photos , had plastic bag on smoke detector"

"The receptionist (asia gal without glasses) wasn't too happy to help at all. Quite rude and no smile, not helpful at all. Waratah Suite is single level, huge dinning table and a well equipped kitchen. We had a pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay. Wish the receptionist is more professional to upkeep a high standard of this hotel."

"The property was close to the beach, good restaurants and cafes. The inhouse restaurant was nice, good food. The room was hot- aircon wasn’t working probably and was noisy. The secure parking wasn’t that secure. Not underground or fenced off and expensive for $27 per day. Staff were okay. The rooms were dated and bed uncomfortable. I would think twice about staying there again - expensive."

"My wife and I booked a Deluxe King room but were disappointed with the facilities provided with the room. The external pool was closed. No information was provided in room regarding facilities available. Basic tea and coffee making facilities but nothing extra, like a biscuit! Some information on local facilities etc would have been appreciated. More effort was put into inviting us to a opportunities evening than providing facilities etc in a room that was extremely overpriced when compared to other places we have stayed at in recent times."

"The room was comfortable and adequate for a one night stay . The bathroom had recently been renovated but some other parts of room looked a little tired, carpet stains. We will stay again ."
