Okay stay
"The hotel is very well placed, close to the shopping center and restaurants. The room was not too clean, view from the balcony was facing the marina. Unfortunately the street below is extremely busy and noisy. The floors could use some scrubbing as they were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre."
