Appear to be pretty new. Rooms well decorated and clean. Fine dining restaurant was very pleasant. Staff welcoming. Signage outside could be better - no valet parking yet and not terribly obvious where you have to go.

Used hotel as an overnight stop on way to Virginia Beach after arriving at Dulles Airport. No other reason for stay other than it was en route. Looks a very new hotel on a new development site. Room was a good size, good air conditioning and a lovely bed. Breakfast was $11 and was buffet style. Basic offering but chef available to cook omelettes, etc. which made it worthwhile. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A very pleasant stay for one night before our flight home from Dulles airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a clean, large 2 Queen beds room with all facilities. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink was cracked which was a little disappointing. There was plenty of choice for breakfast (cooked to order) at a reasonable price. The indoor pool was warm,and there are plenty of good restaurants a short drive away.

This was my first time travelling to America. I had a great stay and would stay again. The beds are high and comfortable, bathroom was nice just had to get used to using the shower dial because I hated blasting cold water on myself. The Wawa gas station across the road does nice breakfast and coffees. Overall it exceeded my expectations.
