"staff unhelpful, prices are outrageous in the bar and the mini bar is a rip off, the minute you arrive they take £200 off your card and charge it only returning what housekeeping deem correct, needless to say theres not really any change, wether you have had a bag of crisps and a coke or a mini bottle of vodka, id never stay here again. "Beautiful hotel is excellent location close to both the beach and old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool area was very clean nice area for evening relaxation. Breakfast was slightly disappointing but plenty of local restaurants available.. (Brunchit 5 mins away was the best I have ever had!)"

"Liked: 1. Spacious bedroom. 2. Great breakfast. 3. Beautiful swimming pool. Disliked: 1. View of the swimming pool from the ground floor bedrooms is blocked by a row of buses lining the swimming pool. 2. No soundproofing in the bedroom so you could hear the people in the next bedroom and corridor talking. 3. It takes too long to walk from the hotel into town so you have to spend money on cabs back snd forth."
