Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.

The hotel is excellent and being right in the centre of the old town the hotel, it could not be placed in a better location for restaurants and wine bars shops etc. Parking on the street limited and expensive, parking local in under ground sites approx 15 euros 24 hours. I had been to Marbella several times before but this the first time in old town. I actually spotted this hotel previously and promised to return, which I will definitely do again.

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of January. The weather was amazing. We did sun bathing and outdoors swimming. The spa is very clean and offers full rejuvenation. We enjoyed relaxing in the lush garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the main restaurant was exceptionally good. We would highly recommend this hotel to everybody who is after a relaxing holiday in a luxurious place.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Right in the heart of Marbella.Great access to public transport and walks on the promenade and the lovely old town. What a location .Definitely recommend.

The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. We would definitely love to return!

Excellent boutique hotel with lovely staff

Beautiful hotel, the Manero bar is stunning, rooms and hotel immaculate. Only minor was the hot breakfast buffet was cold.

Clean, modern hotel in a good location on the golden mile. Rooms are spacious. Comfy bed. The breakfast was lovely. Lovely clean pool and comfy sunloungers. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good value hotel.

Another consistently excellent stay at The Residence. Super attention to detail. Rooms are excellent, the private pool is lovely, staff are attentive and the breakfast is amazing. Wonderful housekeeping lady and we feel safe and well looked after. Only request would be to have beach beds included or at a reduced rate for residents!

Had an amazing stay at The Flag for a week. It was the perfect peaceful stay as a solo woman traveller. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the whole area felt safe. Will be returning soon!

The hotel is modern which is why we chose it for our stay. Reception staff was very welcoming and polite. Our room was spacious enough and very clean. The location of this hotel is also great-close to the old town,the beach and bars and restaurants. At the same time we didn't experience any noise from the street. We haven't had breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment. The rooftop bar is very nice but could be improved with little snacks provided with drinks such as nuts,crisps or olives....

My husband booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. On arrival we informed that our room had been upgraded which was fantastic. We were then given a tour of the hotel by the guest relations manager. Our room was stunning and huge! It is worth mentioning the massive bed which was as comfortable as it looked. This is a very beautiful hotel. Amazing service from the reception to the room service. The staff at the restuarants get a 5 star rating. Spa is great for adults.

This place was an absolute gem! Lovely staff, friendly, welcoming, helpful. The breakfast in the cafe was very good, lovely atmosphere, quick and friendly service. Loved it! Hotel so close to everything, just a two minutes walk to the bridge and bull ring and park. We would highly recommend this hotel.
