"There was a very strong irritating smell throughout the building. Maybe cleaning supplies? The tv in our room cut off after approx. 20 - 30 min. each time we tried watching it."

"The exterior of the hotel looks worn out but is very clean, and the room was amazing, brand new furniture and crisp white linens, fresh clean smell and beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised and we did choose this hotel because of the excellent rating and low price. We will surely come back on our next road trip from Canada on I-75S!"

"Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years."
