"Hotel is really and check in nice and easy, we could store our luggage before checking in which is always a bonus. Great selection at breakfast and plenty of space, we only stayed two nights but the options still varied. Right by the city walls and not too far from train station so could walk. The only thing I would say is, we had booked a superior double room but it felt quite basic, so I wasn't sure what the difference would be but was still lovely."

"This is a special place. The rooms are comfortable and quiet (especially considering the central location and it was fully booked). The rooftop restaurant is spectacular. Perhaps best of all was the gracious and courteous staff. Even if one staff member was already helping us, others would always pitch in to make things flow as smoothly and pleasantly as possible. "

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a newly renovated room, which was lovely (a bit cramped for space for good closet/storage). Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided many local recommendations. Fridge in room did not function very well. Pool area was great! Free parking was very much appreciated and easy to come by. Great to have free access to bicycles to explore the town. Buffet breakfast had plentiful selection. Restaurant across the street had excellent food at reasonable prices - ate there twice!"

"Arrived on a Sunday and initially we were redirected by the local police as they were not allowing cars to get any closer to the area where the hotels are located. We tried alternative routes and did not find any and next time we arrived at the roundabout we explained that we were staying overnight and allowed us through. We did not realise that the hotels have a separate parking area with a shuttle cart to take you to the hotel. We had difficulty getting the QR code for the parking from the Hotel but once we got that it was easy enough. This should be highlighted when booking on your site and would make the experience much more relaxed."
