In the northern Brazilian state of Maranhao it is located Atins. The natural access to the Lencois of Maranhao it is also well-known for its winds which are making this small village a popular destination for kite surfers #LifeAtExpedia
Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora de Nazaré. Nazaré. Bahia, Brazil, late 18th century. Of special note are its bell towers with mosaic design, a detail I didn't learn about until I returned home.
It's a hike and a half to get here, but Lençóis Maranhenses national park is well worth a visit. Take a seaplane ride for the best views. #Blue
