Modern hotel in a good safe location with mini market a few meters away and plenty of decent restaurants within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Particular praise for Nilza on reception who was a great help organising taxis etc. No bar or restaurant on site though there is a coffee shop adjoining which offers breakfast & lunch every day except Monday.

My third visit here. Warm welcome. Lovely, clean and stylish rooms with all comforts. Bar & restaurant on sunny patio. Staff very helpful. A great find, good value for money in a safe & convenient area. Will return!

The staff were really friendly. Clean room, however beds needs update.

I have stayed here before. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff throughout and very good restaurant

Lovely hotel.

The hotel is overall very nice. It has a good location, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. At first sight the room looked clean, but there were hairs on the decorative pillows and on the mats. The swimming pool was also not clean, which was disappointing because we wanted to swim but decided not to because of this.

Nice Hotel comfortable stay staff is also very friendly ,great location had a excellent stay

Great balcony view

We stayed one night at this hotel on our way to Inhaca, and the place was extremely clean, bed comfortable, shower was hot and with good pressure and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Very convenient location in the city centre. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with large bed, good air conditioning, powerful shower. Amazing breakfast in the morning. The only downside was the roof top pool being unavailable.

Excellent for the price

The staff really care about their guests, not the newest of hotels but well looked after and good atmosphere

An email excellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and good service. A lovely breakfast too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Loved all the old features that have been retained. The wooden staircase was really beautiful. The views from the pool area were also spectacular.

Nice hotel, very good value for money. Clearly still having some work done but that didn't spoil the stay. Staff as helpful as needed, and in a decent area not far from town.

I have stayed at the Afrin a number of times now. It is convenient for the Office, close to the shopping centre and the Staff are absolutely brilliant, courteous, efficient and friendly. Breakfasts are great.... A couple of minor negatives: the room service menu is very limited and no cutlery or plates in the cupboard so having a small kitchenette is a little pointless unless you bring your own stuff. Overall I would highly recommend the Afrin Prestige and I will definitely be returning.

I had a nice stay! The location is perfect if you want to stay right downtown to visit iconic places like the Catedral Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Sé Catedral de Maputo), Conselho Municipal, Casa de Ferro, Rádio Moçambique, etc.It is definitely not a luxury place, but it is a cozy, highly affordable, and secure spot to sleep. My room was entirely clean, the bed was nice, and they provided the basic essentials like shampoo and soap. There is also a small, convenient café and restaurant right near...
