"This is an older hotel with some history (haunted?) and is in a great location with it being about a 20 minute walk from the waterfront and Lumen Field. It is well kept and retains it historical ambiance, the staff are exceptional and the location was unbeatable."

"We stayed here to attend a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. The roof top sitting area is very nice with a beautiful view. Went up there both nights. Looks like rooms have been remodeled with big shower. Bed was very comfortable. Even though concert happened our last night there, it was still very quiet. Nice place to stay and enjoy Seattle! We would stay here again."

"If looking for a great place to stay , at a reasonable price and located in a great spot of town , look no further! Staff was great and the room was wonderful! There is no elevator as its an older building that's been renovated but honestly that didn't even factor into my decision as the rooms had everything you need and just in case you needed extra of something there was many of items available in the shared hallway on every landing. During my stay I walked to dinner, dessert, where I had my car parked with ease. Comfy, cozy and worth the stay!"

"Location was wonderful. Hotel was lovely and the room was very clean and enormous! Bathroom was a bit dated and could use an update but overall it was a charming hotel filled with tons of character. Front desk staff was fabulous at helping me find great walkable restaurants! Wedding venue was gorgeous and the views from the terrace were amazing. Would stay here again!"
