Check-in requested downstairs due to a recent surgery. I was told no, even though my receipt showed a downstairs room. Magnetic key stopped working, when I went to the office to get it fixed, no one was there (around 2-3pm). Had to find staff. Room smelled moldy and toilet didn't flush well/water ...

It was adequate, no more! The hotel show signs of aging, unlike the other Holiday Inn I stayed at before! The water for showers sink and toilet bowl was not clear (murky) that didn’t give a lot of confidence! Other than that the property was well maintained and rather nice!
