"Staff were very friendly but professional. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant serves delicious food - great variety and reasonably priced with 10% discount for residents. There are lots of stairs to the rooms so it may not suit a traveller with mobility problems. Staff carried my luggage up and down the stairs. Directly opposite the ferry to the beach and a pleasant walk to town centre.- 5 mins."

"The staff at this hotel are terrific - Claudio & Marta - you make your company proud. Thanks for your help. Our room was not ready so we were upgraded - a nice touch. Furthermore our friends celebrated birthdays during our stay (staff picked this up from registration) and delivers Champagne and cake. I’ve not seen that before. Breakfast was excellent and pool area beautiful although we did not have too much time to spend there. The hotel is a short distance from the old town but just after bride is the free parking, so it was very easy (they also offer a free shuttle) I’d highly recommend this hotel if visiting Tavira"
