"I never booked this hotel, never got a confirmation email or anything that would indicate I had ‘mistakenly’ booked a room. I didn’t know I supposedly booked a room until a call at 9:30 pm the night I was supposed to arrive. I was already checked into the hotel I had booked in the same town that evening. The front desk the next day was very unhelpful and said I was a registered guest and had to pay full rate even though I had no confirmation email from them or Orbitz. Pretty sketchy business."

"Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. "
