"The front staff had to be rang twice for check-in. We finally got to our room and discovered the heat was blasting and no way to turn the air conditioning on to cool it off. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk for help as the a/c unit was not working. We opened the window and discovered no screen so we had to stand watch while the window was open. The beds appeared clean and fairly comfortable. We found rust on the doorframe and a broken trim to the bathroom. The shower had good pressure and an ample supply of hot water. Overall, the experience was quite poor and we will never return."

"Room smelled like poop when we first went in the room. Was out the room until late, and room still smelled like poop when we got back. Too late to switch. Had put Vicks van or rub under my nose to mask the smell. Desk chair was peeling the leather off, pretty bad."

"We had a patio suite for two days and it fit our family/needs but there was a gross brown spot on the bedroom ceiling that definitely looked like poop, and the bathroom needs a working exhaust fan as the humidity builds up quickly. The caulking around the floor/tub needs to be removed and redone as you can see the black mold popping through. The walls in the bathroom need to be repainted-looks like one coat was applied. Pool was great, hot tub was out of order, breakfast was the best one I’ve seen offered in any hotel I’ve stayed at. Huge flood lights make sleeping in the patio room pretty tough as the door to the patio doesn’t have a black out curtain."

"We were disappointed there was no continental breakfast—even a sweet treat with our coffee or English muffins for toast would have been appreciated! We were expecting the same breakfast as when we stayed in the main building."

" I paid $280 for one night. For thay price, you could at least have some doughnuts or something for a continenal nreakfast. No breakfast is ridiculous."
