Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino
The staff was extremely helpful, definitely were very knowledgeable of the menu and activities around the property, specially the Luna staff including Richard, Rayny, Bryan, Wilmer, Jessica, Jose, Viany, Wagner and Eudy, definitely made my stay 1000% more pleasant that it should’ve been.

After about 25 minutes i was told that i would be charged for two towels that had irreversible stains on them. i explained that i did not use their towels and that i had brought my on beach towels. ...
