This is a park resort facility, laid out with plenty of parking spaces in the forest. The buildings are not new, but are modern in style and in reasonable condition.
Our room was large, and contained two queen beds with lots of space. The beds were firm, the linen was crisp and clean, and the bathroom was modern, spacious and well-appointed. All fixtures worked. Plenty of fluffy towels. Just one glitch for us: there is no air-conditioning at this resort. It was a hot night in July, so the management provided a fan to place next to our open window. Not ideal, but the breeze made our room tolerably cool.
The restaurant bar has a ski-lodge vibe. We enjoyed our supper. Reasonable food quality and price, and 3 choices of draught craft beer were available.
We were happy with our stay here. It's a nice resort. As we departed early next morning, we were delighted to spot a large black bear crossing the highway in front of us!"
