"Staff was decent. The check in system couldn’t locate my reservation but that’s ok it happens. The lady sorted it out. Breakfast staff was very polite. The rooms unfortunately smelled damp and not fresh. I had the junior suite and views were fantastic. I just wish it didn’t smell damp "

"Horrible staff, did not honor the booking, the booking was for standard romm with a twin bed, they said the booking was for single bed and charged 1300 extra. Food and cleanliness the less spoken the better. Arrogant, staff. "
