They just tell you that it’s not working and not even an apology. They are also extremely nosy, always asking if someone is staying at the hotel. The Skybar is a joke, no one is there either the day or at night. Also, no curtain in the bathroom to separate the shower and toilet, so when you take a shower water is all over the bathroom. I spent so much time cleaning up the water and asking for more towels. I will probably leave early and check into the grand ambassador. "
