We had to transfer to another room after we had settled because the keypad wouldn't work. Both rooms were spotless, which we like and the staff when called were very responsive. Her kindness and quick action made a difference on our reactions.

I have pretty high standards of Hotels. Grand Westside Manila Bay did not disappoint. A beautiful Hotel that appears to be built in 2024. I wish it was warmer do I could have enjoyed the pool.
