"I stay for 2 nights Nice hotel. Very modern. I use Spa services. Excellent massage only 1800 peso- 30 dollars for 1 hour. But cleaning people forgot about me. Never replace garbage and bed sheets and towels. Only after my request I be got towels. But hotel is nice , has a nice pool and roof top bar. ..."

"Maybe the hotel should install diffusers since the common hallways smell musty. Most 5* hotels have a signature smell and it would perhaps be if common areas smelled like perfume rather than mold. Otherwise, service is good. Business as usual."
