Unsatisfied and disappointed. It says 1 queen bed but when I came to the unit it’s only double bed. We’re 3 pax. So, we didn’t sleep at all.

Not What Expected!!!

Went to 3 different towers and 3 different reception desks before getting someone to show us the room. Room was small and could not really cater for 3 people that was requested. TV did not work. Had trouble finding the guy, who promised us, to come and fix any issues. Check out. Was told there would be someone at the room at our allocated check out time, but no one showed! Had to leave message to a phone that did not appear to be in range. Overall this was not what we expected nor will he return or recommend.

Poor for American standards, but ok for phillipines. Room is very small and definitely not clean. I have seen worse in the us though, it would have been on stars across the board there.

Nice hotel closed to the mall and nice vicinity

I like the solemarie condo hotel coz it's close to everything .church is also close, malls, casinos and the area is clean.Restaurants are everywhere you can select whatever resto you like. And also you can go strolling along manila bay. It's a good place to stay for vacation.

Ok, but not super.

Near Mall of Asia, but not really Walking distance. I prefer to be able to Watch TV from the bed. Now TV is in the kitchen/eating area. Bedroom is very small.

Go somewhere else!

Really tiny and cramped. Aircon leaking on the bed and spewing ice. Kitchen cupboard smelt strongly of cockroaches. Not enough linen- no blankets! Bed cover is a cheap, rough, thin fabric. Bathroom looks yuck! Only 2 good things on tis accommodation- good location and good wifi.

Regret to chose this hotel

When I open the towels those rolled on the bed, I found it was still wet, when I open the cupboard and take out the dishes and cup, I found sill water in it, no kettle provided, the fridge is broken, the bathtub is leaking, and there are no staff in the lobby, I stayed there 4 days but none come to clean the room, I should go to supermarket to buy towel, slipper and garbage bag,......

Good place to stay 'coz it's near to airport & SM.

Very safe and comfortable hotel. In charge and hotel staff are very accommodating and easy to approach for any concerned.

the worst check in service i've ever had

I actually booked a room for my friends, but check in wasted me over an hour since solemare got 4 types of different rooms and yes there are 4 persons in charge of each type. the guy who should help me to do check in, he was late and he said "my wife already checked in for me." REDICULOUS!!!

Very Disappointing

I woudn't recommend this hotel because honestly, they just want your money first before they even entertain you. We are just so desperate that time to get a cheaper condo close to mall of asia. This condo is next to a dirty river. Unfortunately our view in our room is the dirty river. First thing, we are begging for the things we need. Basic things like iron or make up room. They told us that make up room is every 3 days. God sake:-( . We stayed their for more than a week and our room is never ever cleaned up and we just cleaned it our self and throw our own garbage. I truly understand that this is not a hotel but at least they have to assist us with cleaning especially the bathroom and kitchen part. The beddings are never changed in our whole stay. They have cockroach in the kitchen. Dirty old kitchen utensils. Old sponge for washing dishes. This are just the minimal things that i noticed in the condo.

I will not stay in this place ever!

No one will help you at the front desk. There is a charge of 300 pesos per night to park your car overnight. The room is terrible, bathroom is not clean, the extra folding bed doesn't work and old, kitchen is nasty, bed and closet are not clean. They didn't clean the room at all. And the other thing is the hotel is next to the river so it's stinks the whole time I was there. I will never be back in this hotel ever!!!

mo make up room for 6 days

No make room for 6 days . We were requesting then for clean up on the 4th day but they didnt come we have to call them many times and nobody respond on the message so i just give up and clean it myself.

コンドなので、設備もまだまだ比較的新しくて快適 空調も比較的新しく。しかし、ベッドはフレームが約半分壊れていたので、寝ていて傾く沈むという状況。 それ以外はよかったんですが、あと、チェックインアウトのノウハウがつかめずいささか困りました。チェックアウト時は部屋番号のレターボックスにドロップだとのこと。

空港近くのマンションホテル

飛行機の乗継や帰国日に利用しています。SMモール（MOA)も近く、コンビニが１Fにありマックが隣にある。タクシーも比較的拾いやすい。 悪い点はシャワーが体温程度しかない、アメニティーはシャンプーくらいしかないので用意が必要です。チェックインが少し時間がかかる時があり、日本語は通じないが片言でも大丈夫だと思います。

Just ok..but location is superb

We stayed for 4 nights, the place was just ok for the price, very basic. The towels needs to be replaced and so are the beddings. This is good for short stay only because there's no housekeeping, but the location is superb, it was very near MOA, the main reason why I booked this one, lots of restaurants nearby, there's a 7 eleven in the ground floor so I think it's convenient. Check in was easy, Miguel was helpful.
