The rooms have been updated since the last time we stayed there in November 2022. The area around the hotel has an assortment of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores so if you forgot anything, you can readily buy it there.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will plan to stay again when we fly back to Manila.

Good place near the Eastwood city. If you have office in Eastwood then this is the best hotel to stay. My office was just 2 mins walk from hotel. There are many nice food places and Robinsons nearby.

The white Towels are so old and almost gray in color. We asked for extra towels but was told only one is complimentary.they’ll charge for the other towels. Bathroom is old and towel rack’s rusty.

Please accept my apologies for the unpleasant experience you have to bear due to the towel quality and maintenance of the bathroom in the room you occupied. I have seriously discussed the issue with our Executive Housekeeper to ensure all efforts will be made to avoid future recurrences. As for the towels, we can provide one (1) complimentary extra bath towel in excess of the two (2) bath towel set-up for rooms on double occupancy, and towels may be replaced upon request or during room cleaning. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate you taking the time to give us your comments, for it is through guests’ feedback that we are able to work on areas for improvement. Please be assured that we will do our best to continue to deserve your confidence. I hope that this experience will not deter you from coming back to Eastwood Richmonde.

I wish the hotel's age didn't show in its stained and dirty carpet. It was also quite obvious with the grime in the bathtub. My 3 night stay had to be cut short to one night hence my high review for the staff. Everyone was helpful yet there was nothing they can do with the condition of the facility.

Property well maintained. Centrally located with the shopping mall, several 24/7 restaurants. Perfect when dealing with jetlag. Early mornings are the best to have coffee in quiet of the surrounding mall area. The hotel staff were on-point in dealing with cleaning and making up the room everyday for our one week stay. Front desk and lobby staff and door men were all well trained and courteous.

The first room assigned to me has a broken toilet bowl cover and dirty. The paint is chipping and the metal were rusted. When I was moved to another room the toilet bowl cover got easily removed. I complain but was told that most of the room was like that. I just gave up and accept the room as I’m only sleeping a night. I will not recommend this hotel and will avoid this like a plague.

The area was nice with a big mall and lots of food options very close. The staff was amazing and I was impressed by their hospitality. If I need to be in that area again I will definitely stay here.

I developed upper respiratory infection due to the room is too dirty. Seems like the room ive got has been vacant for a long time and hasnt been cleaned. The floor too dirty and dusty nd smell old, muggy and moldy. My friend developed severe allergy reaction with neck and eyes itchy.

Been here a few years ago property under going renovations. Room was clean and updated nice. Wifi signal
was spotty and not very good, hot water temp in the bath was luke warm and bfast Buffett offering was minimal at best. Stayed there a few years ago and much better selections and offerings.
