"Savoy is now go to hotel when transit Manila. Clean comfortable and close. Mall/ good around the corner plus excellent bistro in Hotel. They delivered breakfast to our door 4:30am.Have transit other hotels. Savoy is my pick from now on. Can walk 20 min to/from Terminal 3. Or cheap GRAB or taxi."
