"The room was clean, nice shower with water pressure. Bed was comfortable."

"The gym wasnt there, the lighting in the room was awful, the shower was not good , gave me a r[m someone was already in i used the key and ended up walking into a room that someone was already in . Super embarrassing. The bed had a lump in the middle of it ."

"The sensor for the TV couldn’t be found to change channel. Husband was already asleep so didn’t call and ask for help. Left very early next morning. It was our only issue."

"I have stayed at this location 14 times over the last year. The last 3 times I get assigned a room and have had to return to the desk for a new room. From broken toilet to not having a sofa bed as requested to non working tv. The past trip was told to step out of line while they checked others in. So after a 9 hour drive with a 4 year old who was tired and hungry, we sat and watched 11 others check in before finally getting a room. "
