"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking. Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia.
