"Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B.
