"Older large hotel but freshly renovated. Nice white bright rooms, immaculate (Sandra!). The main restaurant is OK, but Porto Fino is fabulous (thanks to friendly waiters, esp. H). Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Lovely beach, but lots of pebbles. Two pools, very nice and clean. The spa is fabulous. Elisa is an excellent massage therapist, gentle but strong and targeted if needed!"

"Loved our visit! The food was brilliant, wide choice of restaurants on site and the signature level gives you an exclusive pool and bars. Only thing is to book well in advance for the Al-a Carte restaurants as they book up fast. It’s no extra cost for signature level guests. The thai restaurant was great. "I wasn't impressed with the conditions of the room. Shower head is very old, calcified and needs to be changed 5 years ago. There was no double bed, it was 2 twin beds pushed together. The utensils in the room were used and dirty. There was no sound proofing so heard the guests at all hours of the morning whether it was intense snoring or laughing. No staff member was multilingual "

"The room was clean upon arrival but housekeeping didn’t clean it after my first night and when called that evening, I noticed they took dirty towels off floor and hung them back up. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Nice lifeguards and bartenders as well. All inclusive breakfast, lunch dinner and bar service. They said mini fridge was fully stocked and free but only had one coke. Weird. Lovely on beach property but an hour from Palmer and the airport. I recommend a car if being active and going to city. Surely nice properties closer to everything. I saw at least three different pools and direct beach access but beach has a lot of shells."
