"We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is basically new, and really beautiful. The staff were the NICEST people, and really went out of their way to help us out. The room was really comfortable, and we really loved the rooftop area; beautiful views! The area is very local with not too many services nearby, but they have 3 brand new bikes you can use for free! Overall we would highly reccomend!"

"I've stayed here before, so I was very disappointed that I was treated so badly this time. I was put in a room where nothing worked. All of the batteries in the remote controls were dead. I had to call down to have them come up and fix things. The worst though was a shower that didn't work. "Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. They booked taxis to/from airport. I can’t say enough good things about them. And they spoke good English (3 of the managers). I’ll be back when I’m next in Mandalay."
