El personal fue muy amable y atento. La limpieza e instalaciones excelente. La comida agradable, le agregaría un poco de variedad, en la noche solo sirven pastas. Lo que no me gustó fue que pague por una habitación supuestamente con vista al mar, lo que me dieron fue una vista al jardin con transito común por lo que mi estadia tuvo que ser con las cortinas cerradas todo el tiempo por privacidad y eso me molestó mucho.

Amplio, cómodo y agradable

Las habitaciones son amplias. Tuvimos una simpática terraza, televisor, baño amplio, cama grande/cómoda y zona de tocador. La piscina estaba muy bien aunque hacía frío y no la usamos. Buen desayuno. A la ducha se le fue el agua caliente el primer día (luego esta iba y venía), el wc no tuvo agua la noche del segundo día, al tercer día se fue la luz y el agua (que luego volvió a las pocas horas). Todos estos problemas fueron resueltos rápidamente. El bar y el restaurante no lo llegamos a utilizar, pero cuentan con una carta marina e italiana. El bar se veía bastante surtido.

We travelled through Peru for 2 weeks and ended our trip in Mancora at the Sunset Mancora. The location was great, it was beach front. The pool overlooks the ocean. Restaurant food was delicious and the staff were just wonderful!! I highly recommend this place :)

Beautiful view of the beach, we saw whales from our room nearly every day. Close enough to town to pop out for dinner, but on a beautiful quiet part of the beach.
