No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. "This place was excellent, great location, beautiful town, and great service, I called because I needed to check in late and they give me all the information over the phone so I could get there anytime I wanted. Also the small supermarket next to the hotel has the best fresh bread I tasted in a long time"

"Hôtel propre, mais accueil glacial, aucun sourire, on ne prend pas la peine de répondre à nos questions, on a le sentiment d ennuyer la réceptionniste quand on arrive. Nous avons eu le droit a une coupure d eau, impossible de prendre notre douche le matin avant de partir, l'eau ne coulait pas des robinets, ni de la douche, par contre la chasse d eau fonctionnait. Les prix du restaurant sont excessifs pour ce qui est proposé et tous les autres restaurants ferme très tôt, donc ils ont le monopole....

"No amenities or even how to get hot water to drink my tea at night, Juan, the attendant was very nice and help us get out luggage since it was on a 3rd floor which they call 2nd floor, No elevator, public transportation was a block away and they thad supermarkets and cafe,s around, I think for the price , it’s pretty good, they just need a common area for guests like every other hostel with a microwave and a pot to boil water , thanks Jusn fir your help, Annie"
