"Room looked clean but everything was sticky (all furniture, and even carpet!) and there was trash in corners and in between furniture. Thermostat was set on 68 - I turned it up to 76 and 5 hours later it was 71 degrees - I turned it OFF and 7 hours later it was 73 degrees...something's not ..."

"At this time when I was there the hotel had a water leak that went into the carpet on the first floor, so I wasn’t lower floor and then they transferred me upstairs but then I asked to be transferred back downstairs because the elevators were broken but other than that, it was great"
