"Staff was terrible
I reserved and paid in advanced for a nonsmoking bedroom and staff charged me extra money at the time of check in to stay in a nonsmoking bedroom.
I was very disappointed."
"We booked the hotel because it had a pool but the pool was closed. There was a smell in the room that I believe someone smoked no cigarettes in the room prior to us. There was false eyelashes in the closest and a used bar of soap in the shower. Mold like spots in the bathroom. The two things we enjoyed was the breakfast and how nice the staff was."
"I mean its a cheap motel but like some things are a little wild, like the bathroom light didnt work, there was a liquid on the floor when I got there in random puddles? I cleaned it but was confused. The towels were pretty soft so I gave an extra star."

"A terrible experience; we only stayed one night, but one of the rooms smelled awful and we had to ask for another. The bathrooms were dirty, and overall, we did not have a pleasant stay."
"When i arrived I was given a room key went to the room and it was not ready at all . We ent back to office and gave me another room which also wasn't ready. After about an hour I finally got into a room. They were very disorganized.

"traveler beware: we were not informed until the day before our nonrefundable reservation that there is MAJOR construction going on, most amenities are closed (gym, restaurant, lobby) and the noise is quite bad. i would consider another spot.
on the bright side, the construction that has been completed (room update) was decent for this product line."
