The condo we rented was beautiful. We were extemely happy with how big and clean the rooms were. Staff was friendly and provided a full list of places to eat as we'd never been to this area before. My husband is EXTREMELY picky with hotels but absolutely loved this one. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely accommodations in a beautiful setting. It would be good to have an on site breakfast eatery; the kitchen was well equipped had we brought more food to cook in it.The bed mattresses could be upgraded with benefit.

The staff is amazing. We loved the extra space with the 2 bedroom unit. We did wish that the rooms had blackout blinds or curtains as the sun was waking us up.

The property is definitely in a quiet area, with not much around, which worked fine for us. We loved the space, with the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom layout, it worked perfectly for us as a family of 4. The laundry in the room was so convenient and the hot tub was our favorite part, relaxing while watching the beautiful sunset. Everything is very well maintained, the views are very pretty. The restaurant is pretty good too. Definitely recommend.

The property was nice and peaceful. Only one dining option and only for dinner. Most important, make sure you request a 2nd-floor unit, the floors creak a lot if there is anyone above you.

Canceled reservation the day of check in because they overbooked. I had booked two months ago. Be careful i was traveling with kids and I had a hard time finding another hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful Crotched Mountain Resort was. It was extremely clean, the staff was very attentive. We had the two bedroom with hot tub and the hot tub was an absolute dream. Only feedback for those who are not as good with soft mattresses....both beds had very soft mattresses. My partner and I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch which had a former mattress and this worked well. They have outdoor grills that were great and really just can't say enough good things. We are looking to go back!

The condo was very dated in decor. I was on the second floor with no elevator. It was very clean but squeaky floors and uncomfortable and dark living room furniture. The picture of the Inn is not where you stay and there is no water in front of it. It's a golf course!

Most of our stay was wonderful. Our 1 major issue was that we were on the bottom floor and could hear every time the guests upstairs made a move. Luckily they weren’t in a drastically different sleep schedule than we were. Service at the front desk was fine but not especially friendly. Kitchen was well stocked. I run Airbnbs for a living so there were a few things I would do differently but I realize I’m a little out of the ordinary. We give spices, oil and vinegar and we give 2 towels for every guest along with throw blankets. This stay was good and we would stay again. It is this close to superb, but falls a little short.

From beginning to end it was fantastic

The gentleman at the desk was really helpful with letting us know what was around.. Once my husband and I got to the room it was spacious it had everything we needed and more. We truly enjoyed having the fireplace, outdoor private jacuzzi, full kitchen, washer, dryer and most importantly comfortable bed because we have bad backs. The only thing I was a little bummed about is that it was a double bed not a king because I love to hog the bed lol but honestly I can't complain this was the best stay I've had. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend it. Lastly one thing that really stood out from other places they text you before, during, and after your stay in case you have and questions or concerns and to thank you for staying with them. This truly meant alot to myself and husband.

Room was super, hot tub made it even more enjoyable especially since it was winter and using an outdoor pool wouldn’t”t work. Great to have a small kitchen to use. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.
