For the price, would be nice to be able to adjust thermostat. And a complimentary breakfast.
$6.00 for an apple juice is ridiculous .
Bathrooms could use some updates.

The front desk staff was very attentive and kind. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall the room was very clean!

Clean room, updated facility. Convenient location to nearby restaurants and downtown venues. Staff is Very friendly. Bartender is very personable. Would be nice to have more food options on-site.

It's a beautiful property and a lovely place to stay after a long day of traveling. The only thing we didn't like was being charged for parking. (I don't think we were told in advance, but I am not positive.) That said, it was our favorite place we stayed on this trip.

The amenities that were included in the description of the hotel were false. or at a minimum misleading. First, they do not have a jacuzzi--they filled it in years ago. They do not have a restaurant, they have a a Starbucks that is open minimal hours and there bar consists of 4 bar stools.

I do not know where you saw the hotel tub cause Hotels.com does not have it advertised that we have a jacuzzi. Google may have some old photos but all websites have been checked to make sure they don't advertise a jacuzzi. All the websites advertise our bistro, Starbucks is only open in the morning, times as well as the welcome message you received when you booked the hotel. And we actually have 6 bar stools as well as multiple seating locations in the lobby/bistro area for bar service, including table service. The Bistro offers food and Drinks, not a full restaurant but it is a Bistro. I'm sorry you feel you the hotel was advertised improperly but I assure you all amenities advertised on our Marriot site as well as all third parties have the correct information posted.

Average hotel
The hotel itself was average. Not bad, not terrible. We were there for 3 nights and we didn’t get any type of cleaning done at all to our room. I called every night and they said they come every other day. Well they never came at all. I had to call for towels every night. One of the nights, they couldn’t even bring us the towels. We had to go down there and get them ourselves. I did like that the hotel room ac worked well. The room was also nice. The front desk guy when we checked in was very friendly. They said they were short staffed so hopefully they get that under control. I would probably stay here again if I could get my room cleaned at least once during my stay.

the room was old and not updated. bathroom needs to be remolded because bathtub had bad crack on wall and tub was stained. reserved a king bed but it was the size of a queen. could hear thru the walls and neighbor keeped us awake. had to pay for breakfast at a very hefty price. no coffee in the lobby for patrons. Never stay there or any marriott again.

Our rooms were renovated earlier this year, the tiles and bathrooms though were not part of that update and due to peak season we are limited on big fixes like installing new tubs and tiles since we sell out a lot from beginning of spring to late fall. The hall doors are where the noise comes from so people walking and talking in the hall was probably what you heard which is normal for most hotels. Courtyards, as a brand, do not do complimentary items. Our bistro has a Starbucks so we do not provide free coffee to patrons, and prices are based of Marriott Brand Standards and out of our control. All of our amenities are exact to Courtyard Brand Standard's and since our corporate company took over the hotel we have been updating but that does take time.But thank you for the review.

Recent one night stay that included unclean room (trash in trash can, hair on bathroom floor, spider climbing up wall while brushing my teeth), noisy guests, additional fees, and poor customer service including being hung up on 2x by guest services. Avoid this hotel.

We have already emailed you personally and issued a full refund to you already because of the poor experience you had. The customer service agents for the site should have also contacted you about the refund.There was a welcome message sent, as it is sent to all guests who book through this site, explaining the bistro is not complimentary but for purchase and explaining the parking fees. The housekeeping and guest service issues are being handled as your experience was not Marriott standard. Rest assured your complaints are being taken seriously as I stated in the email I sent you.

Adjoining room with chirping smoke detector. Front desk offered to move us but she is up front by her self. water coming from sink faucet doesn’t shut off, 2 towels for four people, no body wash in the shower etc. I don’t normally care, after a long day of traveling, just not the ending we enjoy.
