Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience so we can better learn how to serve our guests. The Aspen property was purchased by Weekender Hotels this past summer and we are eagerly awaiting property wide renovations. We hope you give us another try in the future when we will have exciting updates, brand new beds, etc. As always, do not hesitate to call the office for any disturbances or issues and we will tend to them as soon as possible. We want you to be able to fully enjoy your stay here in Manchester, and especially throughout the Aspen property.

We're happy to hear you had an easy time checking in, but are sorry to hear that you were not able to reach us via text. Since we do not have a 24hr front desk we leave extra towels and amenities for guests on the bench in the entryway where you picked up your key just in case guests need more than what is in the room. For the future we highly recommend giving us a call if we don't respond, as we monitor the calls 24hrs. Please know that Aspen Hotel was purchased by Weekender Hotels this past summer and we are patiently awaiting property wide renovations that will make your next stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We hope you will consider giving us a second chance in the future!
