Overall a great experience
It was a good stay and as experienced all inclusive holiday travelers i can say the food was better with more choices. The entertainment was very very good but the animation was awful. Rooms ok but air conditioning was unreliable especially through the night. Excellent Spa amazing pool and the private beach v. Good. The sea was warmer than a bath! Beware humidity in August. It can drain the life out of you!

It was terrible, they changed our sheets one time
It was terrible, they changed our sheets one time and there was urine on those sheets. They never clean the floors in the rooms the rooms were not what they were advertised to be. The food was horrible and they accidentally threw away a $300 pair of glasses. I am going to be disputing some of the charger

Great all inclusive place for families
We loved our stay at the Sultan of Dreams. There was a variety of foods that we enjoyed, the pools were great and it wasn't crowded at all. The proximity to the beach was nice as well.

Otel genel olarak büyük. Güzel konum olarak ama kullanılan içkiler çok kötü tamamen yanlış kokteyl içerikleri yemekleri hergün aynı ve hijyenik değil Geldiğime ve burayı seçtiğime çok pişman oldum maalesef .

Temizlik cok guzeldi ozellikle f&b personeli kusursuz diyebilrim her an yardimsever ve anlayisli...sadece onburo ve karsilama bira daha ozenli olabilir.ama hotel tercih edilebilir ve guzel hersey icin tesekkurler.

Slechte ervaring.
Zeer slechte ervaring we hadden 3 kamers geboekt en 2 kamers gekregen maar moesten wel 100 euro bij betalen,ik heb een klacht bij jullie ingediend maar nog niets van gehoord!!!
