Recepção e proprietário Flat. Duas línguas !

Quando cheguei pro check in, a recepção informou que não constava meu nome. Tomei um susto. Liguei no tel. Indicado pelo hotels.com. Não atendeu. Comecei a preencher ficha pra outro quarto hotel. A proprietária ligou e disse que tinha mandado e-mail. Só que não constava o nome completo. E a recepção só reconhece nome completo. Total falta de articulação entre a recepção e o proprietário Flat. Tomou uns 40 minutos de chateação !

Sobre o hotel, a piscina é perfeita , o local de estacionamento não é bom, deveria ter mas espaço, alugamos um flat nesse hotel, hotel tropical, quarto 206, O quarto em si é bonito, mas se você for uma pessoa calorenta, o ar não gela bem, passei calor, não dormi bem, no hotel a única opção de café da manhã é super caro, então vale mas apena sair pra comer…

A reserva foi com quarto de proprietário e este ficava em São Paulo . Na recepção do hotel o atendente nos tratou mal não fornecendo as informações necessária , não tinha estacionamento e não havia 2 chaves . A rever a foi para 2 pessoas e não foi solicitado o nome da segunda pessoa pelo proprietário . Uma droga … o hotel está sucateado com sofar de piscina rasgado …
