"Me gustô la propiedad, por sus facilidades. Ahora bien, necesita mejor limpieza y mantenimiento. Vi cucarachas en el cuarto. Además, el servicio al cliente en áreas como el del check-out fue terrible. A pesar de que pagamos por 4 días y 3 noches, no querían que utilizáramos la facilidades cuando hicimos checkout el cuarto día. Pretendían que pagáramos por un Day Pass bajo el fundamento de que era temporada alta y que supuestamente habíamos recibido una llamada de cortesía a esos efectos, cosa que nunca ocurrió. Pedí hablar con un supervisor y me indicaron que no estaba disponible y que si no estaba de acuerdo llenara un papel para dejarlo saber, sin darme una alternativa real. Fue un mal rato innecesario y dejó mucho que desear en cuanto a cumplimiento de contrato y el trato del personal."
